Pretty good food if you enjoy country cooking. Food was all hot and tasty. Meatloaf was a little dry but everything was good. Service was friendly but a little slow. I think if attention to outside of building and grounds this place would be packed. It's nice & clean on the inside but sketchy looking from the road.
We drove past a couple of times before finally stopping in for breakfast. The food was hot and good, you can't go wrong stopping in.
Honestly, it exceeded our expectations. The restaurant didn't look super nice at first, but everyone was super friendly there. The blueberry pancakes were tasty. They were very accommodating of our needs with kids. It felt more like we were being welcomed into someone's home as opposed to a public restaurant. They also have a chapel at this truck stop, which we thought was pretty cool.
Cool, Mom and Pop stop right off the hwy. Clean restrooms, game room and extremely friendly staff every one was sweet and hospitable, which I loved. For breakfast, I ordered a veggie omelet with biscuits and gravy. They were kind enough to accommodate my hubby's request for an eggwhite veggie scramble and biscuit with a delicious local honey, yum! With two coffees. Hubby and I would most definitely stop by again for breakfast or lunch when passing through.
